Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us first at ivan.svoboda78@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide the correct return address and instructions for your specific order. Do not send items to our business address or to a supplier without written instructions from us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photographs and your order number so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet products, personalised products, perishable goods, hazardous materials and gift cards cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items remain covered by your statutory rights.

European Union cancellation rights

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible goods within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer law. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
