Products and orders

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by device. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, suspected to be fraudulent, or cannot be delivered. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro unless stated otherwise. Payment must be authorised at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information. The total price and any delivery charges are shown before you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Separate items in one order may arrive in different packages. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control may occur. Your statutory rights concerning delivery are not affected.
