Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Most orders to Ireland arrive within approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, customs processing, severe weather or carrier disruption. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges

Available delivery methods and any charges are shown at checkout before payment. Some products qualify for free standard delivery.

Separate parcels

Products may be fulfilled from different locations. Items from the same order can therefore arrive in separate parcels and on different days, with no additional charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, details will be emailed after dispatch. Tracking information can take several days to update.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Customs and import charges

Orders are intended to be delivered with applicable charges handled where possible. If local authorities impose an unexpected customs or import charge, contact us before paying it so we can review the order.
